Sox Pounded, 9-1

It had errors, it had Pedroia caught stealing, it had a long homer by Mike Napoli. An ugly night in Texas.

Scott Feldman (pictured), 3-6 coming into this game with an ERA of nearly six, made the start to cover for the injured Roy Oswalt. He pitched seven innings for the win.

Felix Doubront, the most consistent starter the Sox have had all year, struggled throughout his five-plus innings until Napoli's shot ended his night in the sixth.

The one Sox run came early, on a long ball by Jarrod Saltalamacchia.
