Jon Lester had a no-hitter through 4 innings. And then came back-to-back home runs in the top of the 5th and just like that, the Red Sox were behind 3-0.

The final home game of the season ended the way 46 other previous Fenway contests did - with a loss.

Bobby Valentine (pictured) tossed out another AAA-type lineup and the results were a predictable 4-2 Tampa win.

Lester took the loss, his 14th of the season.

The Sox will head to Baltimore for 3 more games and close out the 2012 debacle in New York early next week.
