Red Sox players discuss clubhouse chemistry, new season

We all know the drama that unfolded during the 2011 and 2012 season in regards to dissension, tension and mismanagement within the Red Sox clubhouse. However this off-season the Sox organization worked hard to rectify their past clubhouse issues by signing "high-character" and "quality clubhouse" players to join the team.
We, Red Sox Nation, had our pessimistic doubts about a rapid turnaround but by all accounts the team seems to be more relaxed, having fun and looking forward to the new season.
