John Lackey with a solid start?

Prepare yourself Red Sox Nation John Lackey has had a great start already this spring training. On Tuesday against the Puerto Rico team Lackey threw 3 shutout innings to start the game. He struck out 2 and only gave up 3 hits in his outing. Lackey is performing well seeing as this is his third start back from Tommy John surgery. When asked about the outing he said I felt really good tonight, It was a really good day in the process. I felt like my arm strength's getting better. It feels like it's getting better each time out." This performance was a great outing for Lackey and he seems to continue improving and is looking better and better as Opening Day approaches.
