Terry Francona doing the HARLEM SHAKE

Nope, that is not a typo in the headline above. Terry Francona is actually doing the Harlem Shake as the newly minted manager of the Cleveland Indians. Does this really surprise anyone? Francona has always been known for his ability to create a fun and relaxed clubhouse environment - beer and fried chicken are required to reach maximum comfort effectiveness. Oh the memories Terry, the memories.

I don't pretend to know the inner workings of the Red Sox organization but why did we get rid of this guy again? Name another manager in the majors that could pull off something as awesome and hilarious as the Harlem Shake with their team? Only Tito could make a 50-year old baseball manager, doing a viral dance, look "cool" (I use that word loosely after watching Francona dance).

Say what you want about his time in Boston, but the guy knew how to build team chemistry. As usual I've digressed, so without further ado here's Terry Francona and the Cleveland Indians doing the Harlem Shake...
