Jason Terry and David Ortiz are neighbors and yeah they've talked 2004

The Red Sox comeback against the Yankees in 2004 was one of the greatest, if not the greatest, sporting events I'd ever witnessed in person.

Now, almost 10 years later, another Boston team is trying to do the same thing against New York. Can they do it? The odds are obviously extremely doubtful. On top of the fact that no NBA team has ever come back from an 0-3 deficit before, last night was really the first time the Celtics looked like the better team for a sustainable amount of time.

Still, the seeds of doubt have to have been planted in New York's minds, as their fans know full well what was started back in 2004 just a few miles from the TD Garden.

None of the players on the Celtics current roster were in Boston at that point, obviously, but one of them does have a connect to a key Red Sox member who was.

The Celtics are in Game 7 mode, with an overconfident opponent pushing their backs as close against the wall as possible. Sound familiar?
