The Red Sox made quick work of their series with Colorado, finishing the 2 game series with a win, scoring early and then scoring again in the 3rd inning. The Sox won both games of their 2 game series and now look forward to a series against the Toronto Blue Jays. Here are the 3 stars of last nights game:

Star 3: David Ortiz
Ortiz has be the major offensive contributer this season and he continued to provide offense last night, he went 1-2 with 1 RBI and 1 run scored. He walked twice and increased his RBI total to 57 on the season.
Star 2: John Lackey
Lackey had a dominant pitching performance, going 7 strong innings allowing only 2 runs on 8 hits. He struck out 12 and improved to 5-5 on the season.
Star 1: Daniel Nava
Nava is the silent star that just keeps providing for the Red Sox this year. Last night he went 1-3 with 2 RBI's.

After a big 2 wins over a National League team the Red Son welcome Toronto to town, what do you think are the keys to that series? Leave your answer in the comments below or tell me on twitter @Ryanthahawaiian.
