The Boston Red Sox and Games 6 of the World Series have a love/hate relationship. The heartbreak against the '86 Mets. The historic night against the '75 Reds.
There have been Sox players that have delivered: Bernie Carbo, Carlton Fisk.
There have been those that have failed miserably: Calvin Schiraldi and Bill Buckner.
It's Game 6 again, Red Sox Lifer's. It's Fenway Park. It's the World Series. The last time a Red Sox team won the World Series at Fenway Park was 1918. The Red Sox beat the Cubs 2-1. In Game 6.
Will the Red Sox deliver another hero or will someone end up the goat?
