Are you ready to catch a game even though the Red Sox are on the road touring the West Coast?

Tonight at LeLacheur Park, Shane Victorino is scheduled to continue his rehab stint by playing with the Single-A Lowell Spinners in Lowell.

That is a quick drive from downtown Boston and you can check up on the progress of our right fielder as he attempts to work through right-hamstring problems.

There is a strong possibility he could play with Pawtucket on Tuesday once the PawSox return to McCoy Stadium after Monday’s road game in Rochester, N.Y.

Prior to the Red Sox‘ series finale against the A’s, manager John Farrell said he was hopeful Victorino would return to the big league club before it finishes its 10-game road trip Sunday.

Victorino hasn't played for the Red Sox since re-injuring his hamstring May 23, having totaled just 21 major league games this season.
