At the end of the 2014 season the Boston Red Sox pitching staff is a bunch of unfamiliar names that people cannot put faces too.

The Red Sox traded away some big time pitching this year but it could be for the best. The 2015 starting roster could look like this
1B Mike Naploli / David Ortiz ( due to the first game being played at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia )
2nd base Dustin Pedroia
Shortstop Xander Boegarts
3rd base Brock Holt
Catcher Christian Vazquez
Center Rusney Castillo
Right field Yoenis Cespesdes
Left field Mookie betts

Now as for the pitching that's were we will need to spend the money to have a strong rotation.

There are talks of getting Lester back and he is not only an ace but can finish a game.

Max scherzer is another free agent the Red Sox are interested  in and he only has one complete game in his entire major league career. This is a problem because we don't have great relief pitchers.

We need to rebuild the starting rotation and the relief pitching. It is gonna be an interesting off season.
