Recap - Sox, Buchholz routed by Blue Jays

Hanley Ramirez' 200th career home run
The Blue Jays shelled Red Sox starter Clay Buchholz driving him from the game with 2 outs in the 3rd inning, as they routed Boston 11-8 at Fenway Park.

Boston jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the 2nd inning on RBI singles by Xander Bogaerts, Mookie Betts, Dustin Pedroia, and David Ortiz.

The Blue Jays responded with 5 runs off Buchholz in the top of the 3rd knocking him out of the game. The bullpen didn't fare much better. Edward Mujica, Anthony Varvaro, Robbie Ross Jr., Craig Breslow and Junichi Tazawa combined to allow 6 runs in 6.1 innings.

Pablo Sandoval led the Red Sox offense with 4 hits; Betts,, Hanley Ramirez and Ortiz each had 2 in the loss.

Ramirez hit his 9th home run of the season, and the 200th of his career in the top of the 8th inning to make the score 10-8.
