Happy Nomar Garciaparra Day! On May 5th 2010, the Red Sox hosted "Nomar Garciaparra Night", honoring Nomah. Johnny Pesky gave two official seats from Fenway. Five years later we still remember an honor the greatness of one of the best batters in Red Sox history. From 1996 to 2003 (his service time with the Red Sox), Nomar ranked 1st in BA (.323), 2nd in HR (173), RBI (669) and 3rd in OBP (.370).
