Wright (pictured) went 4.2 innings in the no-decision, charged with eight runs on nine hits and three walks. Robbie Ross Jr. took the loss after a rough seventh inning in which he issued a pair of two-out walks, gave up a single and hit a batter.

The Red Sox had a 5-4 lead at one point and also came back to tie the game 8-8.

Mookie Betts, Jackie Bradley Jr., and Travis Shaw each had two hits in the loss; David Ortiz and JBJ went deep for Boston.
