Chris Young's (pictured) pinch-hit RBI single in the top of the thirteenth inning drove in Mitch Moreland with what would prove to be the winning run as the Red Sox came back from a 4-0 deficit to beat the Cardinals 5-4 at Busch Stadium.

Rick Porcello started for the Red Sox allowing four runs in the first two of his six innings on the mound. Fernando Abad was the winner in relief.

In all, the Boston bullpen combined for seven shutout innings of relief including two by Abad. Ben Taylor recorded his first save of the year.

Jackie Bradley Jr. homered, one of his two hits. Mookie Betts, Xander Bogaerts and Moreland also had two hits for the Red Sox.
