Gonzalez Claimed Off Waivers

LA Times- The Los Angeles Dodgers were awarded the waiver claim of Adrian Gonzalez, reports Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles Times.

This just in, the Los Angeles Dodger have claimed Gonzalez off waivers and have roughly 48 hours to come up with a trade, or the Red Sox will keep him. Now watch Gonzalez thrive in LA.

Great move by the Red Sox, finally growing a set of balls and slowly cleaning up this mess Theo left behind. Now while they are at it, they should get rid of Beckett and continue to blow it up. Sad that this is what the season has come down to, but hopefully it will shoot some fire up the players asses and show them that their jobs are not safe.(Doubt it will happen)
