John Farrell on John Lackey's status in spring training

One big question mark coming into spring training this season was the health of John Lackey. Lackey had Tommy John surgery in 2011 during the off-season which landed him on the disabled list the entire 2012 season. Now Lackey is back and ready to kick start his career by providing the Red Sox with some much needed depth in the starting rotation.

It’s not surprising that the talk of spring training thus far has been the current condition of one John Lackey. The video below shows manager John Farrell discussing the current state of Lackey and where he sees the right-hander moving forward. If what Farrell is telling us is true then things are looking good for the back end of the Sox rotation.
