The Astros rallied for four runs in the top of the seventh to beat the Red Sox 4-3 Sunday afternoon at Fenway Park.

Rafael Devers had given Boston a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the fourth driving in a pair of runs with a double. He later scored on a passed ball to increase the lead to 3-0.

Brandon Workman and Fernando Abad were charged with two runs apiece in relief of Hector Velazquez. Abad likely pitched himself out of a post-season roster spot with his performance this afternoon which included failing to even attempt to cover first base on ground balls hit to his left.

Matt Barnes struck out four of the five batters he faced.

The Red Sox and Astros will meet in Game One of the playoffs Thursday afternoon with Chris Sale on the mound for Boston against Houston's Justin Verlander.
