Is Andrew Bailey headed to the Texas Rangers

Surprise, surprise Andrew Bailey's name is once again being thrown around in trade talks, and this time the proposed destination is Arlington, Texas. Apparently the Red Sox and Rangers have been in talks this spring regarding a possible trade, but to what extend? According to MLB.com's T.R. Sullivan the Rangers are in desperate need of bullpen help and Bailey is a viable option for said need - right-handed setup relief behind Joe Nathan and Jason Frasor.

In the offseason John Farrell announced that newly acquired Joel Hanrahan would be the closer for the 2013 season and Bailey would serve as setup man moving forward. Since the Red Sox have depth in the bullpen they could possibly use Bailey as trade bait to help bolster their starting rotation. An area Farrell is determined to strengthen before opening day.
