The Cleveland Indians beat the Red Sox 4-3 at Fenway Park to sweep the American League Division Series three games to none. With the defeat, David Ortiz's legendary career also came to an end.

Clay Buchholz started for Boston and went four innings allowing two runs on six hits and a walk. He struck out four in what very well could have been his final appearance in a Red Sox uniform.

The decisive blow for Cleveland was a two-run homer by former Red Sox outfielder Coco Crisp off reliever Drew Pomeranz in the sixth inning.

Xander Bogaerts led Boston with two hits. Ortiz (pictured) drove in a run with a sacrifice fly and walked in the last game of his career.
