Eduardo Rodriguez took the loss for the Red Sox, allowing solo home runs to José Iglesias and James McCann. He struck out five but walked three and allowed five hits over five innings.

Boston's lone run came on a Jackie Bradley Jr. (pictured) sacrifice fly in the top of the second inning. Mitch Moreland, who scored for the Red Sox, led the offense with two hits.

JBJ made two more highlight-reel catches in centerfield. He suffered a hyperextension of his right knee while running to first base on a fly ball out in the top of the ninth inning.
