This Dice-K news is getting me fired up!

Am I the only one who's amped up for the return of Dice K? He may be a complete dissapointment overall, but if he was able to replicate his 2009 campaign last season - the Red Sox would have made the playoffs. Dice has had consistent problems with everyone on the Sox staff since he joined the team, but maybe Valentine's Japanese background can be the bridge that everyone has been searching for.
The Japanese culture has such a heavy emphasis on pride and honor that you have to think that Dice K feels that need to avenge himself. Do it for family! Do it for country! Do it for yourself, Dice! Be that 5th starter that we need you to be. Nobody is expecting Cy Young's or All Star games anymore. Just don't be forced to leave every start around the 5th because you've thrown 125 pitches already. Is that too much to ask?
FORT MYERS, Fla - Daisuke Matsuzaka continued his rapid road to recovery looking impressive in a controlled intrasquad game vs. Sox minor leaguers this afternoon.
Matsuzaka, who threw most of two innings and allowed a single, appears to be well ahead of schedule and the Sox have indicated a June 1 return to the major league team is not out of the realm of possibility. It may even be sooner than that given the way Matsuzaka is throwing, which is very hard.
