This one got away from the Red Sox early. Daniel Bard lasted just 1.2 innings allowing all 5 Toronto runs on just one hit, a 3-run homer by Jose Bautista in the bottom of the 1st. Bard walked 6 and hit a pair in an outing that can only be described as ugly.
