Will the Red Sox ever have their Opening Day lineup?

Last season the Red Sox struggled to have their projected opening day lineup all play in the game game. This season hopefully the case is different. This seasons team has the potential to contend for the AL East title. Below is my prediction for the starting lineup for Opening Day 2013 in the Bronx against the New York Yankees.
1) Jacoby Ellsbury CF
2) Shane Victorino RF
3) Dustin Pedroia 2B
4) David Ortiz DH
5) Mike Napoli 1B
6) Will Middlebrooks 3B
7) Jarrod Saltalamacchia C
8) Jonny Gomes LF
9) Stephen Drew SS
SP Jon Lester
