Chris Tillman shut the Red Sox down on just three hits over six innings, outdueling Ryan Dempster in the process, as the Orioles beat Boston for the second straight night 2-0 at Camden Yards.
Dempster (pictured) was very solid for Boston allowing just two runs over 7.2 innings on five hits, one of them a Chris Davis solo home run in the bottom of the second. Adam Jones drove in the other Baltimore run with an infield hit in the third. For Dempster it was his longest outing of the season so far.
Jose Iglesias was the lone bright spot for the Red Sox offense; he had two hits for the fifth straight game.
