Don't worry Red Sox fans, while the Sox walk-off city crumbled in the ninth inning of Friday night's 7-6 loss to the Diamondbacks, Jon Lester was killin' it at "Temple Run."
Jon Lester had left the game early after giving up six runs on 11 hits over 4 1/3 innings of downright ugly work. I guess he had some extra time on his hands.
The game ended at 10:42 p.m. EST. Lester's video game adventure was tweeted at 10:32. Lester later explained:
A 3-year-old that can tweet? What I really want to know is, can the kid throw a changeup?
It was a tough night all around. Especially when you're trying to escape from demon monkeys.

Tough loss tonight but right back at it tomorrow. Please excuse my 3 year old's game tweet, he's new to twitter! #NVRQT
