Recap - Sox head into postseason with a thud

Let's hope this game isn't a foreshadowing of what's to come in the postseason for the Red Sox. Boston jumped out to an early 5-0 lead, only to see Felix Doubront get lit up for five runs in 1.1 innings as the Orioles came from behind to beat the Sox 7-6 in the regular season finale at Camden Yards.

Allen Webster started for Boston in place of John Lackey, who was afforded some extra rest heading into the playoffs. He tossed three scoreless innings, issuing three walks while striking out two.

Boston had thirteen hits including home runs by Jacoby Ellsbury (pictured) and Quintin Berry (the first of his career).
