The Twelfth Day of Soxmas: The Improbable Dream

(Danbury Mint)

It does not matter whether you have been naughty or nice, all the boys and girls of Red Sox Nation received the greatest gift of all when the Olde Town Team brought home the 2013 World Series.

We here at Red Sox Life are reliving all that was one magical season.

The twelfth day of Soxmas: Oct. 30 - The Improbable Dream

Shane Victorino hit a bases-clearing double off the Green Monster in the bottom of the third inning to give the Red Sox a 3-0 lead in Game 6 of the World Series. Boston did not look back.

Koji Uehara came on to pitch a perfect ninth, striking out Matt Carpenter to finish off the Red Sox improbable championship run.

The Boston Red Sox are the 2013 World Series Champions. Love that dirty water!

Happy Holidays from all of us at Red Sox Life.
