Recap - Red Sox fall in finale to Nationals

Wade Miley was roughed up for 7 runs in just 2.1 innings on Wednesday afternoon as the Red Sox fell to the Nationals 10-5 in the series finale at Fenway Park.
Washington scored a pair of runs in the top of the 1st and another 6 in the 3rd. Boston briefly tied the game in the bottom of the 2nd on an RBI single by Shane Victorino and an RBI ground out by Sandy Leon.
The Red Sox managed just 7 hits; Dustin Pedroia led Boston with 2 of them. Hanley Ramirez (pictured) homered for Boston in the 5th.
After an off day on Thursday, Boston will welcome the Orioles in for a 4-game weekend series that will conclude with Monday's Patriots Day affair.
