The Orioles scored six runs in the fourth inning - all off Red Sox starter Eduardo Rodriguez - as Boston fell to the Orioles 8-6 at Fenway Park on Thursday afternoon.

ERod sailed through the first 3.1 innings striking out five before the wheels came off. He was charged with six runs on seven hits including a two-run homer by Matt Wieters.

Boston took an early 1-0 lead in the bottom of the second inning on an RBI single by Blake Swihart in his return to the lineup after injuring his ankle a few days ago sliding into third base.

After ERod's Joe Kelly impersonation, the Red Sox bounced back with three in the bottom of the fourth on Alejandro De Aza's fourth home run of the year, a three-run shot that scored Pablo Sandoval and Mike Napoli.

Xander Bogaerts doubled home a run in the seventh and later scored on a wild pitch.

Jackie Bradley Jr. had two hits in his return from Pawtucket and also made a spectacular throw to the plate in the ninth to cut down David Lough who was attempting to score from third on a fly ball to right.
