Recap - Sox sluggish in loss to Blue Jays

Rick Porcello (pictured) suffered through six shaky innings and the Boston offense was held in check by Marcus Stroman as the Red Sox fell to the Blue Jays 6-1 in Toronto on Friday night.

Porcello was charged with all six runs on eight hits and two walks. He struck out four as his record dropped to 8-13.

Mookie Betts had two of Boston's eight hits. The lone Boston run came on an RBI-infield single by Josh Rutledge in the fifth.

Jackie Bradley Jr.'s recent struggles continued. He was 0-3 with two strikeouts in the loss.
