Opening Day will just have to wait.
Monday's Opening Day game between the Indians and Red Sox in Cleveland has been postponed due to weather conditions that are simply not conducive to playing baseball.
The game is now scheduled for Tuesday April 5 at 1:10PM. Weather is expected to be in the low-to-mid 40's at game time.
Perhaps in the future the schedule makers might want to refrain from having Cleveland play at home in early April.
