The Red Sox were shut out Saturday afternoon 7-0 by the Orioles, the third straight defeat for Boston who now will turn to Doug Fister to be the stopped on Sunday.

Eduardo Rodriguez (pictured) started for Boston and ran into trouble in the second inning when the O's scored five times. RBI singles by Mark Trumbo and Craig Gentry were followed by a three-run homer by Tim Beckham.

The Red Sox were held to just four hits, two each by Mookie Betts and Mitch Moreland.

Rodriguez went 6.2 innings in the loss, his fourth of the year. He gave up seven hits and walked one while striking up seven.
