Recap - Red Sox Fall To Cleveland

The Red Sox slammed three home runs but still found themselves on the losing end of a 7-3 decision against the Cleveland Indians at Fenway Park Monday evening.

Rookies Rafael Devers (pictured) hit his fifth and sixth home runs of the year and Andrew Benintendi added his 17th in the loss.

Edwin Encarnacion hit a pair of two-run homers for Cleveland.

Boston starter Doug Fister strguggled through 4.1 innings allowing five runs on seven hits and four walks. He struck out five as his record dropped to 2-6.

The game was a make-up from a contest that was rained out on August 2nd. The Red Sox and Indians will meet again for four games in Cleveland August 21-24.
