The game was scoreless until the bottom of the fifth inning when the Red Sox pushed six runs across on two-RBI doubles by Blake Swihart, Xander Bogaerts and Eduardo Nunez. J.D. Martinez singled home another run in the sixth.

Price (pictured) was superb, holding Cleveland to just three hits. He struck out seven and didn't walk a batter.

Mookie Betts, Swihart, and Jackie Bradley Jr. each had two hits.

The win was the 90th of the season for the Red Sox who moved back to 51 games over the .500 mark.
