You slam four home runs, toss in an equal number of doubles, and score nine runs - you're supposed to win, right?

Starting pitcher Ryan Weber (pictured) got lit up for seven runs in four innings as the Red Sox lost to Cleveland 14-9 Wednesday night at Fenway Park.

Highlights for the Boston offense included three-hit games by Jackie Bradley Jr. and Christian Vazquez, both of whom doubled. JBJ, Andrew Benintendi, Mookie Betts and Xander Bogaerts homered in the losing cause.

Cleveland scored in each of the first seven innings of the game.

The Red Sox head to New York for a four-game weekend series against the first-place Yankees who have the second most wins in baseball so far this year.
