The Boston Red Sox 2021 season ended on October 21 with a loss to the Houston Astros in Game 6 of the American League Championship Series. Despite the loss, it's nearly impossible to look at the just-completed season and not see incredible progress from the two previous seasons, and not feel VERY good about the team's future.
Red Sox Life writers Jim Monaghan, Ahaan Rungta, and Eric D. Schabell got together to go over the 2021 season and take a look at what the coming offseason might bring for the Red Sox.
They cover a wide range of material including roster changes this offseason, the closer's role in 2022, some possible new faces, and more.
