Following a strong collegiate playing career at Rutgers University, Fenster was drafted by the Kansas City Royals. Following a 5-year minor league playing carerr, he returned to Rutgers where he joined legendary Scarlet Knights coach Fred Hill's staff before moving on to the Red Sox.

Darren managed in the organization for six years at the minor league level before being named the minor league outfield and baserunning coordinator. Last year, he was named the minor league infield coordinator for the organization and he is currently in Fort Myers for spring training.

Darren and Jim Monaghan talk about some of the lessons to be learned in coaching/motivating your team - whether it's on the athletic field of play or in the office. And, they continue our New Year's theme of a one-word resolution for 2023.
