What to do with Stephen Drew?

Stephen Drew expected to come to Boston and make people forget about the way his brother played. Picking the exact same number that his brother had didn't help him the slightest and the way he started the year on the DL with a concussion hasn't helped either. Before Drew came up to for his second at bat yesterday against the Athletics he was in a 4-36 slump. He had struck out 13 times, had 1 RBI and only 1 extra base hit. He then hit a triple plating 2 and maybe raising the hopes of Red Sox Nation. While Drew only had 16 at bats in spring training before suffering the concussion could be an excuse for his slow start to open the season it makes many wonder why he did not spend a little bit of time with the AAA club before joining the team in Boston.
Iglesias on the other hand started the season well for Boston hitting 9-20 before being sent down to the club. Ever since being down in AAA he has been on a tear. He is seeing the ball well and is hitting well. It is much too early to start pressing the panic button on Drew but if this continues for much longer hopefully it will be seen by management that their are better options for the team at the SS position.
