Did anyone happen to catch the post-game interview last night? Jenny Dell was interviewing Dustin Pedroia, who'd just had a good game, and his team had won.

His hat was pulled down. You could not see his eyes. He did not look directly at her until the end.

Two theories:

1. He did not want to be asked certain questions.

2. He did not want to come off as too happy about the win, and his own performance, because he wants to be all business until the record stabilizes.

Neither is a good answer. This team plays best when it's loose. If the irrepressible Laser Show is repressed, it's a bad sign.
