Sox Drop Another to Cleveland
The Sox managed just four hits, two of them doubles by Jacoby Ellsbury. Franklin Morales got into the sixth inning but no further, taking the 5-2 loss.
The painful thing about this series is how mediocre Cleveland is this year. With this win they are 53-61. Their run differential is -95. Tonight's starter Zach McAllister is not terrible; he's 24 and shows some potential. But allowing only three hits over eight innings is definitely above his norm.
In short, the Indians are overperforming against the Sox. Or, you know, the opposite.
