published.

While some celebrity charities are vanity projects, and might not be the best run, Breslow methodically and thoroughly rebutted numerous points in the original article .He uses his experience running his Strike Three Foundation as a direct counterpoint. The amount of money that a five year-old charity founded and run by a middle reliever is astounding.

Andrew Bailey, who played with Breslow in Oakland before the Red Sox, and also lives in Connecticut is also heavily involved as Strike Three's Director of Development.  Their next event is a wine tasting event called, Sip Happens. The event is June 24 in Boston. After reading Breslow's letter you can be sure the money will be well spent.
