The Red Sox finished up their 4 game series against the Phillies, 2 games at home and 2 on the road and then have traveled to New York to play a 3 game series against the Yankees. Here are the stars of the games:
Game 55:
Star 3: Jose Iglesias
Iglesias has again been impressive when he is called up to the majors. He is been playing third recently while Middlebrooks is injured, and is proving to be more and more versatile every day. He went 2-5 with 1 RBI.
Star 2: Jarrod Saltalamacchia
Saltalamacchia called a great game behind the plate for Morales and contributed at the plate as well. He went 2-5 with 3 RBI's and 1 run scored.
Star 1: Jacoby Ellsbury
Ellsbury had a night that comes along only once in a career, he broke the record for most stolen bases in a single game. He attempted to steal 5 times and was successful all 5 of those times. He went 3-4 at the plate and scored 1 run.

Game 56:
Star 3: Mariano Rivera
Rivera came in and did what he has been so successful doing over the years, he shut the door. He only pitched 1 inning allowing 2 hits and striking out 1, but he got his 19th save of the season.
Star 2: Ichiro Suzuki
Suzuki provided the offense for the Yankees going 2-3 with 1 RBI and 2 runs scored.
Star 1: CC Sabathia
Sabathia got the better of the pitchers duel, pitching 7.1 innings of 1 run baseball. He allowed only 6 hits and struck out 10. He threw 109 pitches with 73 of them being strikes.

While the Sox split the last two games they 2 more very important games against the Yankees coming up. The Sox are only 1 game up in the standings and need to get at least 1 win in the next two games to remain in first place of the AL East. How do you think the Sox get the wins needed, whats the key?
