TBS dismisses Bobby Valentine for 'Foot-In-Mouth' syndrome

At this point I’ve given up pleading with Bobby Valentine to keep out of the media spotlight. Granted my cries can only be heard from the deaf ears of this computer screen, and any delusion that Bobby V reads any my works are lost in the fact that I just don’t care. Yet, the fact remains that Bobby V has once again crept his way into the American consciousness, and I’m tired of fighting it.
I’m sure you’ve heard every creative, sarcastic or clever lead into a Bobby Valentine story, but this time Bobby is reaping the rewards of opening his mouth one too many times.
According to Deadspin.com TBS has reportedly dismissed the former Red Sox manager from his job as a playoff analyst. Looks like this time Valentine has stuck his foot so far down his throat he'll be looking to utilize all those paid sick days. Right Bobby?!

Two people familiar with what went down said Valentine was sunk by comments on WFAN Sept. 11 in which he criticized the Yankees’ response – or lack thereof – in the days after the terrorist attacks of 2001.
