Earlier this week, the Miami Marlins were "outraged" with the squad the Red Sox sent down to Jupiter, Fla., because only one "star" made the trip. MLB requires teams to send at least four starters to the spring games. The Sox sent Jackie Bradley Jr. and his "starter" status isn't exactly set in stone.
Saturday, Red Sox owner John Henry took to Twitter to defend his club:
Forget the Yankees, we may have a new rivalry in the works. Perhaps Ryan Dempster can come out of retirement for a game and drill Giancarlo Stanton.
