The Red Sox actually had a brief 3-2 lead at the end of the 1st inning thanks to Hanley Ramirez's 5th home run of the season (pictured) which drove in David Ortiz and Brock Holt.

Justin Masterson will be on the mound for the Red Sox in Monday morning's annual Patriots Day game. Boston will be attempting to avoid dropping its 1st series of the year.
