The Red Sox cracked six home runs - two of them by Deven Marrero (pictured) - to outslug the Chicago White Sox 13-7 on Tuesday night in Chicago.

Chris Sale was the beneficiary of the offensive outburst, earning his sixth win of the year in his shortest outing. The lefty went just five innings, allowing six runs (five earned) on ten hits and two walks while striking out nine.

Mookie Betts, Jackie Bradley Jr., Xander Bogaerts and Mitch Moreland each went deep for Boston.

Chicago starter Jose Quintana was knocked around for seven runs on ten hits, including the two bombs by Marrero in just 2.3 innings.

Bogaerts had four hits to lead the Red Sox; Sam Travis had three including a pair of doubles.
