Carlos Correa's RBI single with the bases loaded in the bottom of the ninth inning pushed the Astros past the Red Sox 4-3 at Minute Maid Park Saturday night.
Boston had rallied on a two-RBI single by Christian Vazquez in the top of the inning to tie the game at 3-3.
The night began with starting pitcher David Price (pictured) leaving after facing just three batters in the first inning. Postgame reports said that Price, who threw just fifteen pitches, was dealing with flu-like symptoms and the early exit was not related to any arm issues.
Rafael Devers (3), Andrew Benintendi (2) and Michael Chavis (2) each had multi-hit games for the Red Sox who have dropped the first two games of this series and will find themselves facing Justin Verlander Sunday afternoon.
