David Ortiz update from @Enrique_Rojas1 who just arrived in the DR: Red Sox plane is about to land in the Dominican Republic. While Big Papi is still not out of the woods fully in his recovery, he is recovering following several hours of surgery and the Red Sox have sent a plane to the Dominican Republic to transport him back to Boston for medical care here.
