Justin Turner agrees to contract with Boston Red Sox

It's a two year deal technically, but Justin Turner has a player option for the second season. In these cases it's really a one year deal unless the player really underperforms and then they pick up the 2nd year. The Red Sox signing of Turner comes shortly after the Dodgers signed JD Martinez.
