No surprises here - ESPN loves them some Sox on Sunday Night Baseball, according to the Boston Herald. The Red Sox are featured in 3 Sunday Night Baseball games before the All-Star Game, according to the Herald.

Dates:
4/13 @ NYY
4/20 vs. BAL (7:05)
5/18 vs. DET

The games against Baltimore and Detroit will both be at Fenway Park, and the game against Balitmore is an hour earlier than other Sunday Night games because the next day's game is the Patriots Day game at 11:05 in the morning. Curt Schilling will join ESPN's broadcast team, according to the Herald.

The Red Sox have always been a popular draw. As one Pirates fan put it to me over the summer, it seems like it's always the Red Sox and Yankees getting the ESPN prime-time games, and it's a good point. Most Red Sox-Yankees series do seem to be scheduled on weekends so they can get the ESPN Sunday Night Baseball game. Especially this year, as the Red Sox are defending champions, and there will extra interest.
